Why is Shaadi Bazaar Different?

We are focused on the BRIDAL experience. The happier they are, the less overwhelmed they feel, the more they are likely to engage with you during their visit. We want to make it easier for them to find their perfect vendors for their dream weddings.  That’s why we keep the show as intimate as we can by limiting the vendors to 35-40, so the brides and their families do not get overwhelmed and you (as a premier vendor) gets more time with each person who comes in.

We are focused on giving back.

We are committed to providing 100% of our proceeds that we earn on the raffle to local south Asian charities who give back to India, Pakistan, etc.

We leverage modern media strategies to attract the ideal bride to our Indian Bridal Expo where you can showcase your services at a premiere event. Your business will be listed on one the fasted growing South Asian wedding site nationally and it is the most visited South Asian Bride website in New England.

  • Premiere location At a convenient and central location in Burlington, MA, the well known Marriott will provide easy access to the Greater Boston and Rhode Island areas.

EARLY REGISTRATION BENEFITS: Ends June 1st

Price before 6/1 : $250  when you provide contract, payment and all requested information.

 Regular Price after 6/1 is $325

Space is approximately 8 ft wide and you have 2-3 feet behind your table.  It allows for 1 6ft table and 2 single sided clothing racks or 1 double sided clothing rack

  • Prior to the show:
    • Listing in the booklet that will be distributed at the show if you do not provide details you forfeit your listing
    • We will also add your business logo to our wedding expo page when you provide one to us before the deadline.
  • At the show, we will provide:
    • 1 6’ Table
    • Chairs for you to sit and take a break
    • Linens for your table which will be in the center of the room
  • You can also bring:
    • 1 Single Sided Rolling Rack
    • Standees are allowed, but not backdrops
  • We will require you to stay within your alloted space
