Shaadi Bazaar Spring Wedding Soiree by Latimer Studios
Indian Wedding Show
Once again, at the forefront of the wedding industry, Shaadi Bazaar presented its first Spring Wedding Soiree — a boutique style bridal show which featured some of the most talented, experienced and innovative vendors that New England has to offer on Sunday, March 20th at The Verve Crowne Plaza in Natick. Brides and their families were able to meet vendors in a real wedding environment where they could showcase their talents and services and speak to brides in person in an intimate setting, while guests from all over the New England area were able to shop for upcoming events.
From the venue to the show, the entire event gave brides inspiration and ideas for their future events. The eclectic Verve hotel provided the perfect upscale, fun and funky venue. This isn’t your average hotel, with unique features like a London phone booth to indoor bicycles, it is a great choice for an intimate wedding or pre-wedding ceremony. Upon entering the Spring Soiree, guests were greeted with a tasty Lychee Lassi created by the chef at The Verve. From there, they were able to meet the incredibly talented invitation and stationery experts –Shadikecard. And as most brides eventually realize, wedding planning is indeed a full time job, so the team at Blueprint Occasions was at the show to meet with brides directly and walked through some of their packages which include day of coordination and full wedding planning services.
For the first time in New England, Shaadi Bazaar presented ready to wear bridal lehengas and gowns for sale by up and coming designer Divya Chawla with House of Divya. Guests also were able to shop for exclusive party wear and custom order bridal wear from Ruchita Dagli Designs. And Sangeeta’s Bazaar sold elegant bridesmaids sarees along with real kundan and semi precious jewelry. Jewelry vendor, Shikha’s Glory brought a wide array of their stunning costume jewelry collection- perfect for all wedding and party needs.
Premiere decor vendor Shobha Shastry from Alankar pulled out all the stops with a unique frame setup and a fun floral-draped rickshaw bicycle. And everyone enjoyed free henna application in a comfy pillowed seating area by the talented Manisha with Henna Cafe. Guests also were entertained throughout the day with the musical stylings of pianist Rishi Doshi of Rishi on the Keys who can provide a unique element to their wedding events. Dyuti Majumdar from Art & Memories wowed wedding couples and their parents with an incredible display of his amazing photos and albums.
The brilliant entertainment team from Silk Events met with couples looking for a DJ and show stopping lighting scheme for their wedding events while Amita Galarza and her team from Beauty and the Brush gave free makeup consultations throughout the day. And for those looking for additional beauty treatments like laser hair removal and microdermabrasion, Bellezza Spa was on hand to answer any questions and provide advice for brides preparing for their big day.
Guests were treated to delicious tastings of biryani and innovative veggie pops provided by Masala Art. And brides had a personal cake tasting session with 4 flavors of scrumptious cakes from the unparalleled Konditor Meister! The talented team at Latimer Studios greeted prospective brides and grooms with a game that had great giveaways and also captured a video of the entire day and JSLR Photography provided a same day edit so every guest could enter and see what the Spring Soiree had to offer.
The Shaadi Bazaar Spring Soiree was a fantastic comprehensive show that helped with every step of the planning process and hopefully saved wedding couples hours of research needed to plan their dream wedding.
