We are focused on the BRIDAL experience. The happier they are, the less overwhelmed they feel, the more they are likely to engage with you during their visit. We want to make it easier for them to find their perfect vendors for their dream weddings.  That’s why we keep the show as intimate as we can by limiting the vendors to 35-40, so the brides and their families do not get overwhelmed and you (as a premier vendor) gets more time with each person who comes in.

We are committed to providing 100% of our proceeds that we earn on the raffle to local south Asian charities who give back to India, Pakistan, etc.

In order to create a quality product, we need for you to submit your materials in a timely manner. All ads must be received 30 days prior to the show otherwise the vendor will forfeit their ad.

There are various ways to get brides to notice you at the show! Make sure you take advantage of a few.

  • Provide an item to place in the gift bags that all brides receive.
  • Have business cards to give to brides
  • Have a signup sheet for brides to give you their contact information
  • Provide a descriptive summary of your services for the show booklet

Setup Details

ALL REQUESTS FOR TABLES AND SETUPS ARE DUE 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE SHOW

BRING your own EXTENSION CORDS AND POWER STRIPS

SETUP TIME: 8:00AM-10:30AM

When you arrive please drive around to the back to the loading dock, your tables will be assigned. You will see the location of your table when you arrive.

MODELS  can use the IGNITE room to get dressed. PLEASE clean up after yourselves as this room will be used by multiple vendors

CATERERS:

The hotel will not allow use of their kitchen for this event only fridges.  Please plan to bring all items that you need to cook. Refrigerate and serve your items.

DULHAN BASIC PACKAGE:

No BANNERS are allowed standing next to or behind table when placed in the middle of the room. 6 ft by 3 ft space.

DULHAN WALL PACKAGE:

You can display your own backdrop, and will have a 6 ft table with chairs and linens.

MAHARANI WALL SPACE PACKAGE:

Please email us your business logo, photos for your listing on the website.  Backdrop space provided by vendor.

You have the space of 2 6 foot long tables, unless you have specified otherwise by October 1st. but we encourage you to get creative with the layout of the space within your dimensions

MAHARAJA PACKAGE:

You can setup starting at 1am. YOU have a 12×12 foot space and will be required to stay within that space.

Early Registration price before 7/16: $250  when you provide contract, payment and all requested information.

  • We will also add your business logo to our wedding expo page.

Early Registration price before 7/16: $300  when you provide contract, payment and all requested information.

 AFTER 7/16 $375

  • You will be able to create a backdrop for your booth space
  • Listing in the booklet that will be distributed at the show

EARLY REGISTRATION Package price $400 when you finalize payment, contract and provide all requested information by 8/15.

Package price after 8/15 is $450.

  • NO BACKDROP or Standees allowed

Please understand that it takes an extensive amount of planning and timing to create a wedding expo that is well organized.  By meeting our deadlines you will help us achieve a successful show. If you do not meet the deadlines we cannot guarantee that your needs will be met.
